fiberaddictYay: My children are home, safe and sound; the grands made it back home themselves safely. Much fun was had by all; mucho Christmas shopping was -apparantly- done, and they are busting at the seams wanting to tell me what they got me.
Bummer: They are sending bossman home to die. He is being released tomorrow on hospice....he hasn't eaten since Tuesday, or drank anything since early Wednesday morning. We've been expecting it, but still - it's a shock to have it right there out in the open.
At least we typed up his obit a couple of months ago....I guess tomorrow I need to contact the paper and give them a heads up. He was a BIG mover'n'shaker here in Dallas back in the 40s and 50s and 60s......
Ah, well.....gotta go hug my kidlets now.
