A quick google turned up this little gem on tax prep, but that only applies to paid tax preparers. So TurboTax would need to be licenced, but its users wouldn't as long as they didn't get paid by a 3rd party. (So I guess I can't charge Teh C0llidge St00dint for tax prep. dammit!)
However, given that they're going to force us all to buy health insurance whether we want it or not, I'm sure they can force us all to buy tax prep. too. God forbid H&R Block should go out of business!
