NTIF tomorrow...
Mar. 4th, 2005 07:03 pmvan's packed, bread machine is set on timer, my garb is pressed and ready. Whee! Kilts and bagpipers and tartans oh my!
Junior is doing good. He bounced over to see me tonight, and let me put the (Way too Big) lamb halter on him for a few minutes. And pull it off again. *g* He likes rump scritches and neck rubs......silly boy.
On Names:
The Arabian Registry allows you 21 letters/spaces, and 4 parts. I've been running names thru their database to see if they're eligible - here's the forerunners so far:
Kirkcudbright (cur-COO-bree) - it's the MacClellan ancestral castle, and I could call him "Bree" (from C S Lewis' Horse and His Boy). This is in the lead, if he's gray, of course.
Glenfiddich
I have no idea what I'd call him, but....I like the names.
Glenfinnian
I think I need to hit a liquor store and get some single-malt names. *g* I will be asking around at the Fest this weekend for ideas.......wonder if Guiness is taken? *eg*
