Surreal moment...

it's very strange, to be in the dollar store, looking at earrings (9 pairs for $2!), trying to decide if it's worth the 2 bucks for the 3 pairs I'd actually wear...and to have my 8.5 year old daughter come up, say "Ooooh, Mom! Those are pretty!" So, of course, I ask *which* ones are pretty.....and she points to the 6 I am not at all interested in. *g*

Yeah, I bought the earrings......*g* She's wearing multi-colored shiney flowers, and I've got some beaded hoops on. (They're hypo-allerginic, so it's all good.)
