It's Friday Morning...

and there was only a small critter at the daycare. LM took great delight in whomping it for me....I worry about her. She was MUCH too happy to squish something icky *that* early in the morning. :grin:

The glove is FINISHED. Ends woven in and everything. Now I need to do #2, so I have a matched set....not today, though. I have no knitting with me (so, by lunch I'll be twitchy. Be afraid! :grin:), to save the wrist for tomorrow's all day spin-a-thon. :bounce:

We in the Feast of Tabernacles.....the best I can do is have us eat on the patio...and that's not good, since the dogs live on the patio. :grin: I need to work on this, I think.....

Boss on way in - must get checks done fast! :grin:

Demo Checklist...

Mmmmm, the pool was wonderful last night - not too cold. A little nippy, but not too cold to enjoy. It's probably one of the last times we'll be able to use it this year - it was loverly! :grin:

I need to get my checklist out for tomorrow's demo. *I* am not driving, so I gotta make sure I have only what I need:

Wheel (must wax it tonight!)
Extra driveband string (just replaced it, but gotta be prepared)
Oil bottle
Wool - at *least* 2 pounds (probably won't spin it all up, but, again - must be prepared)
Business Cards
Mallet
Lazy kate
Extra bobbins
Couple of handspindles

This demo is odd for me, since I am not the only one demoing this time. I'm used to doing it all myself - this will be fun. :grin: Especially if anyone brings fleece for sale.....:bounce:

:sigh: Well, today sucks....

Co-worker had to leave - her husband is extremely ill; bad enough that the Dialysis center sent him home un-dialysised. They are on their way to the hospital now...leaving me up here car-less.

Fortunatly, I have a very good friend who doesn't mind schlepping me home - I think the free food offer helped. :grin:

I'm not gonna ask what next - because I *really* don't wanna find out! :sigh:
