Business as usual....

for the most part. Weekend recap: gathered more firewood from the county (they hire folks to cut trees near power lines. Said folk cut, trim the wood to fireplace-friendly lengths, and neatly stack it by the roadside for anyone to pickup. So, we do! :lol: Bought new shoes for everybody. Played some games. The usual.

Then Sunday I found out one of my cousins died. :big sigh: No details yet, but he was "troubled", as they say. Sucks......especially this time of year. Prayers for my Aunt and his 2 sisters and his family would be much appreciated!

Not much else - I have a side-job I need to get back to, and Herself is queuing up today's Musical. I finished the top portion of her hat, then sat it down to start on other presents. The gray is depressing, and boring, and.....I hate it. I need to get over it, so...it goes into time-out for a bit while I knock out a pair of fingerless mitts, a cowl, and a color-worked hat. And maybe Himself's kilt hose...:lol:
