I spent 1.5 hours last night fiddling with a free program to upload mp3s and convert them to ringtones. It finally worked - I now have a way-cool, FREE ringtone for the sweet geek. :grin: The problem? I now want to scroll thru my iTunes and make *more* :grin:

Wrist: still swollen, still stiff. Ah, well....the bad news is that OTC pain meds are now causing reactions...so I get to figure something else out. :sigh: Fun times!

Got lots of knitting/weaving/spinning to do, and can't.....gotta get the wrist back usable for this weekend. At least the spinning doesn't seem to affect the left wrist - I can (and do) spin 1 handed, long-draw style. (go, me! :grin:)

Off to (hopefully) get the *&%^*^%(&$ registration papers finalized!

I hope your wrist is better soon. Where did you find a free ringtone converter? I need that. Really!

The wedding veil has been blocked and looks great, I'm almost scared to unpin it and let it go back to being scrunchy. Irrational, I know.

The link is: www.mobile17.com You have to register, but it's FREE. It took about....1.5 hours to send my ringtone - it would have come faster if I'd donated money, but I'm cheap. :grin:

You upload the mp3 file, tell it where to start the ringtone, and how long you want it (up to 40 seconds).....if *I* can figure it out, anyone can! :grin:

couldn't you just get a program where you cut the song yourself and email it to your phone? you get it like a text and then you save as ringtone. its what i do. much faster, all free.

That's....what I did. What took so long was finding the *right* song.
