It's Friday Morning

Last night was a madhouse - we ran to the grocery store, just to pick up a "few things".....finally got home at 6:30. I *HATE* going to the grocery store on a good day..add in evening hours and 2 hungry children and AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH. :whew:
Now that *that's* out of my system...:lol:
Got 3" woven on the scarf. I really need to sit down and bang it out - what is taking so long is the dratted selvedges....This is a simple 2-color plaid, with weft changes every 12 picks. Stupid to keep cutting and hiding ends, so I am carrying the unused color up the side..and it's VERY HARD to keep the edges neat. :sigh: I'm working on it....but it's time-consuming.
Hat is 1/2 done. Yes, it's fast - 90 stitches on size 7 circs. Mindless knitting at it's finest. :grin:
