Still in Tax Return Hell. I did NOT get to have lunch with my sweetie yesterday - in fact, I did not get to go to lunch at ALL. We working on the CA state return from 10:30 - 2:55; we left for home at 3. I *finally* got some food (if you wanna call Taco Bell "food") at 3:45-ish. :sigh:
Sears is supposed to come out today. Any bets? Sweet Geek is off today, to wait for them.....
I read the Vintage pattern book...whoo boy, I am in for it. Lots of instructions, LOTS of itty-bitty leaves.....glad it's not next! I need a simple sock first, methinks - Fiber Festival is easy; mostly mindless knitting. Lace spinning wheel, peasant (after-thought) heel, it starts with an invisible CO, so you can go back and add the sheep, but that doesn't look too hard. We'll see.... I'm almost at the toe of Husband sock #1 (well...7, if you're keeping count. #1 of this pair, how'bouts? :lol:)
Must run - need to do the revisions before starting Tax Hell 2.0. :sigh: Maybe we'll get lunch today....here's hoping!
