fiberaddictAGAIN. :sigh: Still no sign of an Ark, though....
Last night Sweet Geek made cheese. Let me repeat that, so you can see what a monumentous thing this is:
Last Night my kilt-wearing, former-Marine husband made cheese.
We bought the goat's milk from Whole Foods, and he went to town with it. All told, it took a little over an hour.....and the result is some tasty, soft "farmer's cheese". (He added garlic and herbs to 1 ball, and garlic, herbs, and sun-dried tomatoes to the other.) He's already plotting his next batch.......we need to get the barn built soon so it's not so expensive! :lol:
I've got a list of books I need to find for him (I LOVE Amazon, and Cheesemaking.com - Cheesemaking for the list, and Amazon for the actual purchasing. :lol:)
Himself is going to the IMAX today (G'ma is going as chaperone...lucky her!) and Herself is supposed to have "Field Day" - but with the rain I doubt it. We'll see.....
I am tired today.....need a nap. Maybe I'll get lucky and the boss won't be in....:sigh:
