fiberaddictwrist is ok....upper arm hurts.
seems the nerve right past my elbow was twisted arond the tendon.....ouch. doc split the tendon or something...morphine brain won't let me remember.
sleep is hard. moving worse. probably stay home tomorrow. vicodin is my friend.
my in-laws have cleaned my house. spotless. wowsers!
