I have 2 sore doggies. Kenzie did something to her right back leg Saturday, and is hopping around. This AM, Bree woke up SCREAMING - she's got something wrong with HER right back leg. :scratches head: We have a vet appointment tomorrow at 10...hope they're not anything major. :sigh:

2 cups shredded cheese
160z cottage cheese
1-2 cups cooked veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, whatever, so long as you don't try to do something really watery like tomatoes) cooked in a stick of butter
Pour all in a 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 until set & slightly browned, which is about an hour or 90 minutes or so. Serves well with sour cream, salsa, salad, crusty bread.
