fiberaddictThe funeral was yesterday. I was teary-eyed but holding it together until the Military Honors at the graveside....Taps did me in. :sob:
Next week we will be helping SIL with the house. This week I was BIL's assistant, trying to get the ball rolling on everything. He's the executor, but has no experience, so I was offering my limited advice. We have an attorney, the life insurance is in process, and we're waiting on the death certificates to do everything else.
The bulk of property will be sold, of course. They had....well. 60+ years in the same house. Both crafty, both collectors. So...yeah. Not looking forward to this.......
