fiberaddictI have my annual physical at the end of the month, so I decided last night I needed to tone up. I dusted off the Belly-dance tapes I have.....ugh. I am feeling it this morning! :grin:
I plan to attmept to keep it up 4 nights a week..we'll see. Once it warms up, we can hit the pool (much nicer!), but this'll do until then.
Got my baskets last night - they are *awesome*. Well made, larger than I visualized, and very, very, very nice. Can't wait to start using them!
Not much else to report.....it's been quiet around here lately.
