but it's COLD. It was 31* this morning when I went out to feed the horses. :brrrrrrrrrrr: Too cold for *me*, anyway!

Tried the yogurt last night....it was a bit too tart for my liking. Not sure if it was the starter yogurt I used (Dannon's "Light" Plain...it was all the unflavored that Brookshire's had), or what - oh, great yogurt making experts, what can I do to rectify this? Receipes? Tips? :grin:

Need some ideas for Sweet Geek's holiday prezzies....his cardigan is still languishing, as is sock #2.....the kilt hose yarn is still in process...:grin:

Not much else to report this cold and frosty morning. Must find some caffiene!

One of my groups has been having a yogurt discussion. Says the ladies the longer the yogurt sits (incubates) the tarter it is. Maybe a shorter incubations time? And it does depend on the brand. They suggest paying the money for a good whole fat (whole milk) yogurt to use as starter. I plan on doing the crockpot method as soon as we finish moving.
