got at work at 7, and didn't stop until 3:30 - it was a BUSY day. Hope you enjoyed the pictures I posted last night (you...did see them, right? After all the begging, I'd'a figured I'd have a bunch of comments, but no....guess baby horses are passe right now. :humph: and )

Record-keeping: Bred Mocha to Calvin tonight. Goats are......interesting. Little different from horses..... Calvin figured it out, so :fingers crossed: Mocha was upset that Mr. OH-MY-GOSH-How-smelly-IS-that-goat Goliad wasn't the "chosen" one...but she didn't have a choice (I chose to hand-breed, just for that reason. If you pasture-breed, the girl can get away from the chosen stud - sorry, buck. If you hand-breed (both goats on ropes, what DID you think I meant? :euuuugh!:), then the girl HAS to stand.) Himself handled Mocha - I didn't want him to get hurt trying to hold Calvin.

I'm watching Annie and Inara - we haven't caught Inara in heat, yet..Annie I have, but I.....didn't write it down. Because I'm an idiot. :sigh:

Hopefully, tomorrow will be calmer.

I liked the pictures, I just didn't have time to comment yesterday and then in the evening my internet was down. I am looking to start breeding as soon as the goats get with the program around here. I told them last week they had to wait until next time because February is our coldest month and I HATE sitting out in the cold waiting for babies.
