Why I love Apple so much

fiberaddictFor the past month or so, I've been having problems with my phone - minor ones, to be sure. When I'd hit the "home" button, it would sometimes not do anything - it's supposed to wake up the phone. And sometimes the slider wouldn't slide. Like I said, minor.
Yesterday, we were in town, so we stopped at the Apple store. Stupid me didn't realize that the 4s was coming out - they were PACKED. The earliest appointment was 5:30 - and it was 12:15. We made an appointment for today at 1, just to see what was going on.
They were STILL packed today - I didn't get seen until 1:30 - but the "genius" was nice. And I have a new 4g phone. (I had apple care on mine, so it was free)
No arguments, even though the phone was almost perfect while we were there. No pushing me to upgrade, either.
I highly recommend Apple products - they work. And when they don't, they try to fix the problem, and if they can't,they offer replacement. (I do recommend apple care, though - just in case)
