Someone got ahold of my debit card number, and had fun trying to buy stuff. Zappos was $222.99 - my bank authorized it (idiots!), but Zappos flagged it. (They were very nice!) IMdB hit me with $1 - and no one answers their phone, you have to email them. :sigh:
At least I monitor my account daily! :grrrrr:

Date: 2012-01-12 02:30 pm (UTC)Wish they'd prosecute, too - this is the 3rd time I've had this happen. I can't figure out WHERE they're getting the # - I am careful at the gas station, we don't eat out that much (and when we do, it's at local mom-and-pop stores. The only thing I did different lately is I ordered a lesson plan from a new-to-me company...but I hate to think *they* stole it. (I usually don't buy from places that don't take Paypal. Yes, Paypal sucks.....but I feel like my info is safe there. :sigh:)
Sucks now, too - I have a few more things to order before we start our next History and Science books! :sigh: I can wait....I can wait.....we're not starting either one for a while....I can wait......(I don't do waiting well when it's not my fault!)
